Pittsburgh, PA January 22, 2013 – Control Design Inc., a Pittsburgh based leader in control panel solutions, announces the achievement of obtaining their ISO 9001:2008 Certification (International Standards Organization) for both their Pittsburgh, PA and Erie, PA facilities. The audit was performed by The Preferred Registrar Group. The certificate is applicable for the manufacturing of pre-engineered industrial control panels and assemblies. Control Design’s customer base includes original equipment manufacturers, integrators, engineering companies and many industrial and commercial end users.

Schneider Electric Names Grant Industrial Automation Distributor Of The Year

Schneider Electric's Industry Business has named its Automation & Control Excellence (ACE) Program's Distributors of the Year Awards for 2011.
Grant Industrial Controls, Inc. in Pittsburgh, Pa. was named ACE Automation Distributor of the Year in 2012.
The winning distributors were rewarded with special training opportunities at Schneider Electric's design centers in Europe, co-op funding by Schneider Electric for incremental technical resource investment by the distributor and a recognition event for the distributor's team.
